No purchase is necessary to enter or win. There is no entry fee. Buying SimplyFit Pro does not improve your chances — the free app has everything you need to take part.

When it runs

Applications open at 12:00 AM on 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM on 14 October 2026. The challenge itself runs for eight weeks, from 12:00 AM on 15 October 2026 to 11:59 PM on 9 December 2026. All times are Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8).

Prize

One prize. It is not transferable.

Who can enter

• You must be 18 or over.
• You need a free SimplyFit account (Google, Apple or email) with cloud backup switched on for the whole challenge, so our coaches can see your logs and we can contact and pay you.
• SimplyFit staff and coaches, and their households, cannot enter.
• If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before changing how you eat or train.
• Void where prohibited by local law.

How to enter

• Between 1 and 14 October, open SimplyFit, tap the Transformation Challenge card at the top of the Today screen, and tap Apply.
• By applying you let SimplyFit coaches review the food, workout and weight logs in your cloud backup, for judging only. They never see your photos through the app.
• Before 15 October, add a starting photo (front and side, standing, in good light) in the SimplyFit app, and a final photo the same way by 9 December. You can take it with the app's camera or choose it from your gallery. In every photo you must hold a handwritten note with SIMPLYFIT CHALLENGE 1 written at the top, followed by your name and the date and time the photo is taken. A photo without the note, or whose note doesn't match when the photo was really taken, is not accepted. Photos are used only for judging, are never posted anywhere without your written permission, and are deleted by 31 December 2026.

What you have to do

• Log your food every day.
• Log your workouts. Any training counts.
• Weigh in inside the app at least twice a week.
• Share your progress on the Social tab at least once a week.

Steps are counted automatically if you switch on watch and phone sync. They help, but you are not disqualified without them.

How the winner is picked

A panel of SimplyFit coaches reviews every entrant who completed the eight weeks and picks the biggest transformation achieved the healthy way. This is a contest of effort and judgement, not a prize draw — there is no random element.

Coaches look at how consistently you logged, the change between your starting and final photos, the change in your weight and your strength, and whether that change came at a healthy pace. Losing weight faster than a healthy rate earns no extra credit and can count against you. The coaches' decision is final.

What does not count

Any photo that has been edited, filtered, retouched, reshaped or enhanced — by an AI tool or any other app — or that was generated by AI, is an automatic disqualification. So are borrowed photos, logs filled in after the fact to look consistent, and more than one account per person.

We keep a daily copy of every entrant's logs and record how and when each food was logged. Before the prize is paid, finalists take part in a short video call so the coaches can confirm the photos are genuine.

Getting paid

The winner is announced in the SimplyFit Facebook group and contacted by 16 December 2026 at the email address on their SimplyFit account, and has 7 days to reply. The prize is paid by GCash or PayPal, whichever the winner prefers, within 7 days of them confirming their details, and in every case by 31 December 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize passes to the coaches' next choice.

The winner is responsible for any tax due on the prize.

The rest

We may end or change the challenge if it cannot be run as planned — a technical failure or anything else outside our control. Entering means you agree to these rules and to our privacy policy.
